A Bit About Me
I am a life-long learner, with endless curiosity. Throughout my professional career, I looked for opportunities to learn, challenge myself, and positively contribute to my work environment. My strengths lie in my attention to detail, ability to ask questions and get to the root of a problem, and my capability to help those I work with improve through coaching and feedback.

My work experience shows that I have a history of being promoted and increasing my responsibilities. I obtained my current role, Head of Operations at Erin Condren, because I identified an opportunity in the business and offered to take on the challenge of managing the production facility. I lead a team that produces customer orders for wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and effective communication. In my first year, I reduced labor spend by 57% through managing productivity and right-sizing the team. In addition, I created training programs and ensured documentation of processes.

In addition to leading the production team, I also manage the Purchasing and Retail Teams.
​
I completed the Master of Arts in Educational Technology program at Michigan State University in April of 2024. This degree paired with my experience with creating and facilitating training programs at Puma and Erin Condren make me a perfect fit for a Learning and Development role in a company that wants to provide best-in-class L&D for their employees, vendors, and customers.
